Ammunition Shipping
If you have a question about when your order shipped, or if you need a copy of your tracking, please call 480-530-3838 or Contact Us and we will reply as soon as possible.
We cannot ship Ammunition via USPS or to PO boxes, a street address is required.
Many States and municipalities restrict our ability to ship ammunition. As a result we cannot ship ammunition to MA, DC, IL, NY, CA, NJ, HI, AK, CT.
All orders receive email confirmation of shipment.
As ammunition cannot be shipped via air freight we do not ship outside the Contiguous United States, or any area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local law from shipping ammunition or other products.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final, we cannot take ammunition in return that has been in the hands of the public. Exceptions are made for defective merchandise only. In the event of you receiving a product that is defective from the manufacturer we will either have the return made to the manufacturer for exchange or to us for an exchange or refund. Exceptions are made if you have received an incorrect item on your order.
Order Changes
Once you submit your order to Our Store and it has been processed and shipped we can not change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy. Please see Terms and Conditions for further restrictions.
