Outstanding customer service. I placed an order for a large shipment of 9mm ammo. Tracking information indicated that my shipment got "lost" at a UPS facility in Illinois. I called Miwall CS and explained this to them. They got right on it and contacted UPS and submitted a claim for lost items. In the meantime, Miwall immediately sent me a replacement shipment. Who could ask for anything more? I waited until my replacement shipment got thru that same Illinois facility and placed another order for a different caliber. Miwall is my go-to source for mmo now.
